The triangular courtyard is redesigned into a green urban oasis, adding 31% more greenery and reducing hard surfaces. Trees, shrubs, and a pergola with climbing plants provide shade and improve biodiversity and living quality. The design keeps main walking routes while introducing planting beds and stepping stones that invite people to explore the green space. The existing basketball and kick fields are combined into a versatile multi-sports area near the underground bicycle parking. Under the pergola, this paved zone also serves as a flexible event space for the neighbourhood.
