OMGEVING developed a concept masterplan for the South Hai Phong Economic Zone (SPHEZ) together with VA-NG and DEEP C. Covering 20,000 hectares, the zone is a key economic driver for northernVietnam. The plan builds on a blue-green framework with mangrove restoration, inland river parks, and green loops that manage water, enhance biodiversity, and provide recreation.
Integrated industrial and logistics clusters are anchored by the deep-sea port. A multimodal system links water, rail, road, and air transport. Designed for phased, flexible growth, the plan promotes sustainable development, climate resilience, and inclusive prosperity.
